Jurisprudence the Essentials of the Islamic Law

Respecting the ethical research laws, this journal adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) regulations and follows the executive regulations of the law on preventing and combating plagiarism in scientific works.

the Journal of   Jurisprudence and the Fundaments of the Islamic Law has entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Iranian Family Law and Jurisprudence. This memorandum of understanding will be valid for two years, from January 18, 2026, to February 18, 2028.
